Policy

Thank you for ordering with Butterfly Nautilus.  We appreciate your taking the time to review our policies on orders, payments and returns.  If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact a Butterfly Nautilus Sales Representative.

Minimum Order

First order $350, subsequent orders must total $200 or more, not including shipping charges.

Placing an Order

To place an order, please contact your Butterfly Nautilus Sales Representative or send a purchase order or completed order form via email to:  butterflynautilus@gmail.com.

Backorders

You will be notified of backorders within two business days.  At that time, you may choose a partial shipment of the order or to have your order held until the order is complete.  Please note, if a split shipment is requested, additional shipment costs will be your responsibility.

Shipping

Unless otherwise specified on your purchase order or routing instructions, we will ship via the most economical method.  Freight charges are based on the weight of your total order.  Freight quotes are available through your Sales Representative.  Please note, U.S. Postal Service shipments are not traceable.  If you request this shipping method, we will ask that you sign a form releasing us from responsibility in the event this shipment is lost.

Refused Shipments

Refused Shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  If, at the time of delivery, you choose to refuse a portion of all of the shipment, you will be held responsible for a 20% restocking fee, as well as all freight costs incurred by Butterfly Nautilus.
