How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days, unless the item is on backorder, in which case you will be immediately notified.  Regular shipments take 7-10 days.

Is there a guarantee on the merchandise?

Yes, we have a 10-day money back guarantee.

I do not have a PayPal Account.  Do you accept other cards?

Yes, in addition to PayPal (which many online buyers find to be the most simple solution), we offer processing through VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.   Once you have proceeded to Checkout to complete the transaction you will have option to use your preferred credit card.

How do I return merchandise?

We do our best to provide our customers with a quality product.  If you are not happy with your Butterfly Nautilus gift purchase, please notify us by email within 10 days of the ship date on the package.  We will email you a return authorization number.  Your merchandise must be returned in perfect condition (unworn, if it is one our jewelry pieces) along with the copy of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.  (Please do not ship back items without the return authorization - we will not accept delivery).  If we are notified after the ten days, we will only do an exchange or store credit, good for up to 30 days of purchase date.  After that, all sales are final.  Gift Certificates are redeemable for product purchases only.

What if a pewter gift item needs to be repaired?

If a piece needs repair, there is no repair charge for jewelry less than 30 days old, but there will be a shipping charge.  For jewelry more than 30 days old, there is a minimum $10 per piece repair charge, plus shipping.

How do I take care of my pewter gift?

Your treasured Butterfly Nautilus pewter gift can be shined up with a silver polishing cloth.  Because pewter is a soft metal, after time you may notice small nicks and scratches.  This is normal and contributes to the beauty of the piece.  If you are bothered,  an ultra fine steel wool can be used on the surface to gently polish out scratches.  Satin cords can be gently hand-washed in lingerie soap and air-dried.
